Jerry enjoys facilitating joint ventures for land development projects.  He has established real estate investment groups to purchase, improve, and manage real property in the Bay Area giving broad experience in many aspects of real estate management, operations, and construction.

Education:

Jerry is a graduate of San Jose State University with a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Minor in Advertising.

He is an active alum of the San Jose State University Judo Team and was a College Judo All American.

He fully understands the process of success, commitment and hard work.
